We’re passionate about the convenience channel, and as a key brand within the Chilled category, we know first-hand how challenging it is for the sector to consistently meet shoppers’ ever-evolving needs through stocking the right ranges and delivering great service. Add the issues we’ve all had to face recently, and it’s been a particularly tough time. We want to shine a light on the hard work, passion, and dedication that the sector put in 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
We have launched the #RustlersRetailHero campaign to highlight some great examples of the work being done behind the scenes, across the industry by people working extraordinarily hard, going above and beyond to help serve their customers and their communities.
We’re asking for your help to share stories about colleagues, retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, delivery drivers and more, to ensure they get the recognition they deserve! For every story tweeted with the #RustlersRetailHero hashtag between now and 14th August, we will donate £10 to GroceryAid, helping to ensure those in need across the industry receive vital support. We’ll also be surprising some with an extra thank you from the Rustlers team along the way!

This campaign ends 5pm 14th August 2020. Stories received after this date will not result in a donation. Rustlers reserve the right to amend the closing date of the project. Only stories posted on Twitter using the hashtag #RustlersRetailHero, nominating a named individual in recognition of their work, will result in a donation. Kepak reserves the right to discount nominations deemed to be disingenuous. A single donation will be made to GroceryAid (Reg No. 1095897) after the project closing date, comprising the total amount of all £10 donations. Kepak reserve the right to use the stories and associated images shared with @KepakTrade for the purposes of the project, including but not limited to sharing on social media and with trade media in relation to the project. A single donation of £10 will be made to Grocery Aid on behalf of each Twitter account sharing stories. Multiple stories provided by one Twitter account will result in a single £10 donation. A maximum of £7,500 will be donated to Grocery Aid for the duration of this project.
