Entry is open to UK & NI retail store owners only Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in order to qualify for a chance to win a prize.
To enter, Participants must purchase any 3 cases of Rustlers Quarter Pounder, Rustlers Sausage Muffin, Rustlers Southern Fried Sub or Rustlers BBQ Rib products in a single transaction between 00:01 GMT 31 st October 2022 – 14 th December 2022 23:59 GMT and visit www.kepaktrade.co.uk/competition and enter name and email address then upload receipt/invoice to enter the prize draw to win £1,000. Internet access required. Purchase any 3 cases
Proof of purchase of all three cases of stock is required in the form of an invoice or receipt and must be uploaded with the entry form to validate the entry. Only purchases made during the competition dates are valid. Retailers may enter multiple times. There must be 3 cases purchased per entry.
Participants will be responsible for any tax liability.
1 winner will be drawn at random on 15 th December 2022 from all valid entries received over the promotion period by the Promoter. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The winner will be contacted via email to the email address provided on the entry form within 14 days of the draw, they will have 14 days from this date to formally accept the Prize by acknowledging receipt and replying to this email. It is the responsibility of the entrant to check their email inbox (including, but not limited to, their junk / spam / clutter email inbox) to ensure they are in receipt of a notification. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their prize if this email is missed or not read/ responded to for any reason.
Failure to accept the Prize within this time period will result in the Prize being forfeited.
Upon acceptance, a MTJ will contact the winner to collect payment details for a UK based account in the name of the winning individual or the store associated with the winner, in which the £1,000 will be deposited by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of these details.
The prize may be spent at the winner’s discretion; there is no obligation to spend it on store running costs. No prize alternative will be offered in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable (and non-refundable).
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID which the entrant must provide within 7 days.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winner is under no obligation to participate and may decline this request.
Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of the prize.
Should any entrant wish to revoke participation from the competition at any time, their full name and store name should be emailed to kepak@mtjpr.co.uk before the competition closes, stating they wish to be withdrawn. All records of this entry will then be deleted.
The Promoter and wholesaler cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. The Promoter, wholesale providers and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in Ireland or in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Wholesale providers have no involvement with the Promoter’s competition.
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
