Starting mid-March, the promotion will run for six weeks and every standard Rustlers pack (excluding Noodles) will give consumers two-for-one entry to Alton Towers theme park worth £48.There is also a competition offering a fantastic prize of a VIP stay at the Resort for the winner and three friends, worth more than £800. 25 runners-up will each win a pair of tickets to the theme park.
Consumer attention will be drawn to the promotion as Rustlers packs will be themed to reflect the branding of Alton Towers Resort’s latest rollercoaster, The Smiler, the world’s first 14 looping coaster.
John Armstrong, Kepak Convenience Foods’ Marketing Director, says:
The high value of the promotion on each promotional Rustlers pack worth £48 will be a key sales driver as it will really appeal to our core audience of 16 to 34-year-old men and women.
“As with our previous brand partnerships with the likes of Tomb Raider and Universal Studios, this promotion will capture the public’s imagination and create a buzz around the brand.”
Kepak urges retailers to stock up on Rustlers to capitalise on the anticipated increase in consumer demand.
